Default Problem With Grizzly??

...and it lifts the front and it is tippy off camber. Compensation for a light front...you can easily bent far over towards the bumper and ride it w/o problem, thanks to light steering.

Wider tires/12.5 on C rims/ will help the tippiness . ..but a plastic is flexible, quad is light, you roll it, just push it back and go. no big deal. Happened to me many times, never damaged anything./ unlike my old SP500 ... hard black plastic had to be replaced several times/. Plus I didn't like 3rd light above handlebars.

I contribute the tippiness to it being narrow more than I do the IRS. A narrow IRS quad squats. A narrow straight axle comes off the ground.

dbcooper, how often do you think the valve adjustment should be considered. I had it done only once on my 02 /5000 miles/, but I don't remember why I got it done. ...power trouble, maybe.???

I've done mine about 3 times on my 02. About 1800 miles on it. I figure its due again. 660's seem to get tight fairly quick. Amazingly, my 89 Honda never had one done on it. Did it finally about 2 years ago, and they were still pretty much in spec after over 10 years.

Who is that post to? If you are talking about treadplate cutouts for the warning plates all you have to do is measure them out, shear them down ( if you have access to a shear ) and round off the corners a bit with a dremmel. Use aluminum light in gauge, about about .035-.050. You can either use small stainless screws to secure them or use double sided tape. I used stainless screws, holds better. As for painting Krylon makes paint for plastic that you don't need to clear, its very durable. Granite I haven't tried it yet but will soon.
