How to fix cracked fender??
#4
You can do it the old fashion way.
Drill holes around it and zip tye.
Plastic Welder for 35 bucks.

Under the Tools Section.
Another thing I found works good is to drill holes on each side of the crack.
Get a piece of aluminum that covers the crack.
Put it underneath your fender and redrill the holes you drilled in your plastic in the same spot on the aluminum.
Trim the aluminum so it doesn't stick out.
Shoot rivets in the holes and then you can paint the rivets if you want but that will keep the crack together.

the quick fix warrior68man implied, works good. I have used that method many times,
Will last a while also.
I like the plastic welder idea the best though.
