Im trying to get the fly wheel off my 1997 Blaster. How do I get the bolt off? I have a impact tool but it wont break it free.

 

Will the nut just not break loose? or is it turning the engine over when you try to remove the nut?

You can use a fly wheel holder to hold it in place, or by placing a some rope down the sparkplug hole, this will lock the engine up so you can remove the nut. Then you will need a flywheel puller to remove it the rest of the way.
