Default Adjusting Suspension on 04 Raptor

Can anyone tell me how you adjust the front and rear shocks on a Yamaha raptor 660R 04'?
I need to make it alot softer.

There are 3 preload positions. The more extended the spring is the softer it gets. Thats the only adjustment you get.

there are 3 adjstments in the rear

in back, loosen the lock nut and tighten/loosen the large nut at the top of the spring for pre-load.
turn the screw on the reservoir to adjust how fast the shock compresses.
adjust the screw at the bottom of rear shock for rebound (how fast it springs back up).

So turning the screw out will soften the suspension?

the screw on the reservoir,,,,if you turn it out,,,,,will allow the spring to compress quickly

the screw on the bottom of the shock,,,,if you turn it out,,,,,it will allow the shock to return quicker

the one on the bottom you want to adjust so that the seat doesnt come flying back up too fast,,,,but not so slow that it begins to stay squatted when you go over a few whoops in a row

screw both of them in all the way (gently)
then back them out in incraments of 1/4 turn,,,,,feeling the compression and rebound as you go

if you get the rear dialed in properly,,,it can have a drastic affect on how well the bike handles (and abuses you)

if it isnt dialed in,,,it will be a handful to control,,,and basicly slow you down
