I borrowed a buddies Craftsman impact wrench with 750ft/lbs of torque and got the nuts off. They were way overtorqued by the factory. I hope I don't run into this again because the bolts/nuts may not be able to take the large amount of torque applied and could snap. I guess we'll see.
Oh and btw, the front air dam runs into a compartment that houses the clutch assembly. Then there is an opening through which the drive shaft runs. On the clutch side, the primary has fins so to suck air through the hole and into the primary/secondary cover case. Then it runs out the back. Pretty cool design...if I didn't get mud in it
Thanks,
Matt

Went back to dealer again and they had pulled the clutch apart. It was packed full of mudd but they are trying to say the 4 wheeler had been submerged to had gotten all that mudd in their. I went back and told him to stand behind his customer. He said if Yamaha would consign the parts they would take care of the labor. After myself and a couple guys went in to speak to the owner and explained to him that the 4 wheeler was only 3 weeks old and had only 50 miles on it. He told me he would try because he didn't want to lose our business but he couldn't guarantee anything.

Build a belt exhaust snorkle to rerout the belt exhaust to the front of the bike where the intake is then you only have to worry about one end of the machine going under water. If you want instructions or even a kit email me at rnewton383@yahoo.com
