The DS guys are burning the mid night oil to take to become the king of the dunes/drags. Do you think they are going to succeed? They seem to be building many,many turbo bikes. If they ever get them right....raptors may have to kick it up another notch. I have only seen one turbo DS that made the big HP. (scooby) But if KMS keeps improving theres it may be a different story. I have seen the videos of a few months back and was not that impressed but the newer ones may be much improved. Hopefully Mr. HP will not start putting turbos on his builds. What do think?

well, lets just think here, these DS guys are having to spend how much money to make their quads faster than the Raptor. well, i dont know about you but i will take the chance of having my @ss handed to me on a platter to save the money that could pay for 2 more quads. I guess all im sayin is, the 660's and all mods derived from the 660 are still king of the mountain for the thumpers, most of the time, it takes a turbo and/or nitrous to even have a chance...

 

well they use to be sand pigs, the ds had good pow3er but theri are heavy, every year since their release ds has been knocking off pounds, and bringing that weight down. but since the baja x and theri brp one i think raptor still has the edge, i only kno of 2 builders that so derious work on the ds, ron woods, and whoever makes the "pami" nice bikes though, if sparks or craycraft would spend some time and reseach in the ds i think they would be fast bikes, still raptor has the edge IMO, you cant compare a craycraft to a KMS ds, no comparison. but then again they all compete in the same class at Four stroke wars dont they?

 

Rapfam and his dad had a lot of success against a couple Turbo DS's in the Cinders. If you do a search you may find the video.

imm well aware if the kms ds and rapfam at the cinders, why dont you put a kms ds, raptor and 440ex head to head and see who wins, all im saying is turbos are in a different league if you ask me, they might no me better but they are in a diff league.
