Default Bad Warrior Solenoid?

my dads blaster did the same exact thing. it still does it but verry rarly. what i did was took teh batter cables off teh batter and sanded them down so it got a better connect. that fixed it sometimes and other times it didnt. other times back by where the solenoid is would play with the wires a lil bit adn sometimes that would work. im still not 100% shore waht it is.... but good luck tho. let me know if u fix it.

try tappign the solenoid with the handle end of a screwdriver or a wooden mallet or somethin not to hard. it works sometimes iwth started solenoids in cars and starters on cars and atvs. it cant hurt to try. just dont hit it to hard..

CAN YOU PUSH OR PULL START IT WITH THE KEY AND SWITCH ON? if you can then when its running see what lights work at what lights dont work.

if i think of any more things i did with mine ill let you know. in the mean time good luck

Default Bad Warrior Solenoid?

I've already replaced the fuse even though the fuse looked fine, I can jump the solenoid with a screwdriver and get the engine to turn over, and I've grinded down all the connections to the battery and solenoid and starter to try and get a better connection.

So DuneRider.....what exactly did you do to get it starting again?
