Blaster Help
#1
I recently blew a piston in my 2004 Blaster for the 2nd time and this time it burnt up a gasket which allowed oil to go into the entire crank case. Instead of fixing it for 350 bucks or so My friend was selling his 2002 blaster engine with a bills pipe and silencor. And when im riding it now it feels like the 1st 2nd and 3rd gears are very "close" together feeling. like its catches each gear quicker.. Is that because of the pipe and silencor or is it just different for each qaud? Is there any way i can get those gears spaced out more? cause it seems like it revs it up too high each time.

How do you do that......I drilled a bunch of holes in my air lid and it seems to work better. and it doesnt rev out as fast. But i have another problem but its a not a big one. when im riding in like 6th gear and i pull in the clutch to turn or stop it still revs kinda high? any ideas?

Depends on where you at now. But you can't add that much more air flow without increasing the gas mix along with it. Your creating a very lean condition that will burn that piston up in no time.
