my mom got me this honda HP4 oil for my yfz. its a synthetic/petroleum blend.

 

maybe she wishes you had bought a 450r

I would pick an oil and stick with it though.

If you ever have trouble with the yfz,,,,you can just blame honda[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

I use to buy honda oil, but I have heard that it's only suppose to be used in Honda ATV"s, if you use it on a yamaha, it will mess up your yamaha atv because they put this special thing on it to mess up yamaha's[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] . Just playing bud, it performs the same and doesn't hurt anything in my case.

 

I run Honda HP4 10-40 SJ with no moly in my DS650, it works great. Make sure that the oil has no moly.

 

its going to perform like any other honda product, like CRAP sorry i am really not that brand biased, if i could find a good enough deal on a honda bike io would get it. but i think that the oil shouldnt hurt anything
