Default Clicking on Grizzly 660 startup

Thanks, haven't even found the problem yet. But then again it hadn't happened for quite some time now. It may have fixed itself. But I will try the soldering thing.

I just thought that it may be a common prob on some of the Grizzly's

CHECH THE BATTERY!

I have an 04 that was, did do the same thing.
Put it on the charger and it would take the charge fine. However, as soon as I would try to start it more then 3 times it would just click again.
Thought it was the connections after I installed the high rear light on my Kipex seat.
You could check the wire harness plugg on the relay itself, mine has some build up from one of my deep water excursions
I thought YEP thats it! NOPE, was not.
I Bought a new battery a couple months ago but just never put it in since I "THOUGHT" is was not the battery.
Well I finally had enough after cleaning all the wiring. I used a set of Jumpers cables to the NEW battery and it fired right up.
Now this battery was NEVER charged. It was right out of the box.

So, in short, replace the battery
