i really can't say which one will win, because my brother tried to race my mom's 97 Z28 camaro and he got smoked in a short run, and those older mustangs in the 80's ripped.

98-up yes
93-97 would come down to driver ability. The LT1 cars have nearly identical power to weights as the Fox body's.

Every mustang made from 1990 up will run 15.00 or under besides the 6 bangers

wow, this is getting interesting, 93-97 camaro's ran around a 14.2, stock, i'm 97% sure about that, they weigh in at around 4300lbs, and have something like, 265-285 horse, depending on the year, and some had like, 310-335(97 ss, and some other limited edition packages, through slp, etc.) then the numbers went up from there, the 1999 ZL1 had a 427cid motor, with 680hp, and ran a 9.55 at 144, all the 02 ss ran a 13.5, at however many mph, i'm not sure about that one.
The ford mustang, indeed does run a 14.9. The 302 has a short stroke, and a nice sized bore, so it makes adequate power for its smaller displacement, and can make even more with simple bolt ons. The fox body also weighs in aroun 3470-3500lbs, and is easily reduceable to a few hundred pounds less(3100lbs).
"the bottle" is not just for babies.
Fuel injection works very well, if you can comprehend it
twin screws are not that great(turbochargers are better, especially big ones on big block chevys)
...but what do i know, i'm only a computer diagnostic technician who builds motors on the side

Thanks for backing me on the bottle issue. I to like fuel injection but opted for he carb due to lower N02 prices and overall top end.
AS far for his little 11.9 at sea level I can run a 10.24 at 5200 feet so go suck on it, your not impressing anybody here.
