Default Yamaha wolverine power

Hi, I own a 2001 yamaha wolverine. Recently ive been finding my self stuck on big ditches because I am going to slow. I am wondering if I can get any mod that will have more power so I can go over obstacles easier. I was looking at a tourque stuffer. Is that what I need?

Will a tourque stuffer give me that extra power? It says it gives 2 hp to the engine.

Default Yamaha wolverine power

hey bigballer.........the absolute most power gain I had was when i changed jet from stock(141.5) to a 155 main and drilled out the hole in the bottom of the slide in the carb slide is vaccume operated and is controled by a hole in the bottom. disassembled carb. remove needle out of slide look into inside of slide, to one side of needle hole you see a vacume hole drill it out. I wnt as big as housing wuold let...5/32", plus 1/8" on oposite side... slid jumps open with throttle!!!!! reassemble carb with needle clip in middle groove.(this is my combination,a deffinate seat of the pants increase feel) this was my last mod and most sunifficate!!!
