That would be your best option. All you need is a new gasket, I put some EBC clutch springs on my stock plates and its worked fine. Hope you get it fixed and keep me updated please.

 

Went through it all again and went riding. Clutch is slipping now. So I guess I will need to replace my new clutch with a new clutch. EBC is out what should I get?

Ive seen them on ebay for $75 and I think Craycraft has them for a bit more, best price Ive seen yet.

 

Update I took the EBC all the way out and I could tell it was getting hot. After taking the EBC out and comparing it to my stock. The EBC has less sureface on the fibers than stock and when laid all together side by side the EBC is thinner over all. My stocks are still in good shape, I had replaced them only because I had it open. So I put them back in with the stiffer springs. I will order a new clutch kit (not EBC) and gasket to have ready.

 

David - I went with the 6 spring clutch kit by Hinson since I went to my big bore and havent had a slippage since. I had Stock then the Barnett and they both didnt last at all. Its a pricey setup but well worth it. Got mine also from Craycraft.
