Default Uncovered And In The Snow Cant Be Good Can It?

I got a blaster in 03 and the last 2 winters 04 and now it has been left uncovered and left in the open. For the most part If i brush it off and put the choke on it takes a few kicks but starts like all 4 wheelers in winter takes a while to start and warm up. The worst im seeing is rust. Is leaving it out going to do major damange to it?

i know they do but when you think the blaster (stock) is the best quad ever and you keep it outside open to the elements you've had a FEW to many
