The 22.5 will be ok, if you start to get a "POP SMALL BACKFIRE" on decel start with upping your pilot jets........

piloit jets controls the idle mixure and up to 1/4 throttle and the mixture when you let off the gas. go up to a 25 Piolit and turn the air screew on the left carb to 3 turns out. right to 2 turns. (from sitting on the quad lookin foward)

I personally wouldn't mess with the pilots.....The settings you have sound good. If you are backfiring on decelleration, simply turn your screw out 1/4 turn at a time....Although they call it an air /fuel mixture screw....on a Raptor it is more of a fuel screw.Just a Raptor quirk. But you should be able to find a pilot at any dealer.

cool thks italian...yeah it runs great right now..and i do not want to take the carb apart again just to change the pilot. especially if its not going to gain me some significant power..my next mod will be the 12 tooth sprocket..thks again
