Raptor Spark plugs, airbox, etc.

Ok, I have some thoughts I would like some input on.
First those of you who removed the spark arrestor,
Did you check your jetting, and adjust the airscrews? and was it a noticeable increase in power?
Second those of you who took out the airbox restriction like I did, Did you adjust the carbs or anything? I felt a small increase in power, but did not have to adjust anything.
Third Has anyone went to a hotter plug yet?
If so what where the results?
Fourth I havent really looked a the tops of the carbs closely, So dont make fun of me when I ask, Is there a Balance Tube like on a Banshee, that could benefit from the addition of a Boost Bottle?

How did you end up pulling your spark arrestor? I tool of the chrome cover, then the bolt that goes up through the bottom of the spark arrestor, but it still wouldn't budge. I even tried hitting it out with a chisel around the flare where it joins up with the silencer, but no go. Any suggestions?

I didn't even take off the chrome end cap. Just remove the bottom bolt, then get a pair of pliers and a rag. I put the rag in the jaws of the pliers so i didn't mess the finish up on the spark arrester. Just grab the top lip and twist back and forth while pulling at the same time and it will come out. Hope this helps
