Spray it with some wd 40 before you attempt to get it out. Take your time or you will bend it up.

Default How to take baffle out

the warrior exhaust is rounded.. i just went outside to look at it and i saw two layers of metal. One which was the muffler flame, and then another layer on the inside, with a very tiny lip coming out the tip. Is this the baffle, the thing inside? Is it a tube.. or does it take up the entire mufffler.. cuz if it does.. then there is no way it is coming out. O yeah, btw, is the screw at the end the muffler, near the tip? cuz if it is.. my screw ain't there.. just a hole where a screw LOOKS like it should go.

thx.

the baffle is about 6" long, their should be a small hole at the bottem of it. the baffle is like 3" wide, it will make a big opening in your muffler

It is the "inside layer" After you pull it out there will be a large open hole which is the "muffler frame" as you put it.

Yes but take your time. One guy on here had a great idea. He used a dent puller. Either way it just pulls out.
