Sand dunes in the midwest? sure....
Check my page for some pictures of me and a few of my buddies at the Little Sahara park in Ok.
First time I'd been to any dunes, I'd definitely recommend hitting up this place for a few days. We had a great time.
I'd only had this red & white Raptor for about 2 weeks, found some cheap Sand Geckos on Douglas .160 wheels on ebay, threw them on and we drove down from Iowa in the middle of the night.
Also there are a couple pictures of what my brother and I occupied our time with one afternoon around home. It isn't a fourwheeler but I still thought it was worth showing. Let me know what you think.

For sure, that one carving the dune is cool....I never mastered that one while we were down there.
Yeah not trying to brag or make up stories.....but that one of my brother on the black raptor....that was our last day down there. Him and the guy on the yellow z400 and I found a dune with a nice back side for landing. We had a track worn into the dune after about an hour solid of jumping. Towards the end we were flying pretty far by my standards and we had all the locals sitting around watching us. Haha, it was so funny a bunch of farm kids from Iowa jumping dunes, and all the locals sitting and watching....
Anyway, we had a blast down there, too bad it takes 8 hours to get there.

I have heard it's pretty cool.....bout an hour pas omaha from iowa anyway....not sure exactly where. I think it's mostly sand....riverbottom which has about 1-2 inches of river on top of it for like 500+ yards wide.
In those pictures that truck was sitting on 40' tires. He now has it one 2 1/2 ton military axles with 51 tires on it....looks a little sweeter haha....
Those pictures were taken probably 3 years ago, he's had that truck in Fourwheel and Offroad and other 4x4 truck magazines...
