yea it is cold here around 40 degrees when i ride or so it should get warmer here shortly

it could be lean or rich, cant tell unless you ride it. when you go full throttle, does alot of smoke come out the exhaust??? if so, your too rich... get 2 sizes bigger and smaller and see what worKs beSt.

If You want to know if its too lean pull the choke out at wide open throttle if it speeds up its lean if it gets worse its rich.
