Try a 280-290 main jet, and drop the clip on the needle one position. See if that helps.
We had a similar set-up on our Blaster, and these settings worked pretty good for it.

dynojet jets are smaller than OEM jets. You usually end up with a larger number in those.

BTW, is it a Mikuni or a Keihin?

We can't say what sizes unless we know what kind of carb is on it. With a mikuni it would be around the 300 some where, but with Keihin you will be in the 150 range.

BTW, the dial-a-jet still requires you to have jets that are close to perfect, usually one or two sizes smaller is what they reccommend.

Well, I'm afraid someone else is going to have to help you then.
I have no idea how a dynojet # compares to a Mikuni #.......

If in fact you are using a stock Blaster carb. (Mikuni)

its a 28mm cpw carb, i bought it on ebay, it says it uses all kelhin carb replacement parts, so the name on the carb says cpw ( carberator parts warehouse) it looks like they put their name on a carb....maybe you have heard of this carb ?
