maybe try the 450r i know this is a yamaha fourm but the 450r is 450cc of power and it is reliable not to mention the price and the yfz is 439cc and its real good on relibility but the price is what kills it just my 2 cents

 

yea they are fun to ride and mess around on but your sister would be better off with one heheheh

 

My friend got a 05 kfz 400. Really really nice over 03 and 04, those shocks make it a real nice ride. I think those bikes hadle amazingly and are a real joy to ride, i just like lots of pop and power.

 

yea my freind got an 05 400ex its real nice and has plenty of pop and power i like having lots of power and speed and thats what im after so i wanted to gain info on the 450 like i said ill be riding mostly every terrain but sand dunes and i will be racing it to so i wanted something like the yfz because it will give me what i need out of it im thinking

 

For all around riding I'd get a Z400, Raptor, or Predator, for strictly MX I'd go for the YFZ or 450R, and for riding around and then racing on the weekends I'd go for the Z400, stock it's much smoother around a MX track than a Raptor. If you get into racing that is what you'll mainly find yourself doing, It happens to all of us I believe.

 

Yes i agree, but id still rather a raptor, its fine on the track unless ur racing and MXing with the yfz's. its got reverse, tons of power, and is one amazing recreational machine. so is the z but i like the extra power and potential.--Rider1169
