has anyone had to replace the contol cables to acommodate a extended steering stem??

i have a +2 steering stem for a raptor, i was told that i had to get this beause of the design of teh stem a +2 was needed to avoid hitting teh oversized tank with thte antivibe POsts.
at teh moment i have x-5 bend renthal bars but im thinking of getting fatbars to lower teh controls a bit. what bend is recommended to fit this set up.?
Ive called steeering stem, manufacturers to find out what to get but they dont know. called rpm, rolldesign.
