Default Reset timing?

Yes I recently took the sprockets and chain off my Raptor. Well I had a dumbass attack and took the back sprocket and chain off before taking off the front one. While trying to get it off I ended up rotating the motor. My question is after doing so do I have to set it back to TDC before starting it again? Thx alot guys!
