Default ProDesign K&N or ProDesign UNI??

BTW, I had a k&n with prefilter and in SUPER dusty conditions, my raptor would bog down and die....after a ride I would check the carb boots and it would have all the inner carb boots covered with dust. That was with the air box and no lid, now that I got ride of the air box completely and went with the sixsixT intake with UNI filters, Ive never had any dust in the carb boots. I ride the same places and Ive even gone riding through the desert for more than 80 miles non stop, and the filters were dirty, but no dust got inside the engine. Performance wise, the difference is so minimal that you wont notice anything.

Caliraptor did u ever lube the damn filter cause that is not right man i ride in some really dusty conditions and i didnt even have a outerwear on it and never had a problem

Sure was, I think it was sucking in dirt through the stupid gasket they send you with the drop in filter. I didnt have the pro-flo so it was that plus the horrible powder that got sucked in trying to go WOT through a bunch of powder like dust. I would never go to paper anyways, I feel WAY more comfortable with the UNI.

Stock mounting method blows ***** man I got rid of that **** right away. I ride in real dusty **** in the summer (cant see like 3 feet infront of you) nothing has got through so far w00t!
