Does it have a new aftermarket clutch?? If so it may have all 6 stiff clutch springs installed. If not, than I'd say look for something binding someplace.

NBake could be onto something there too. I'm not familiar w/ the warrior setup, but I know on my Banshee the needle bearing where the clutch arm goes into the case in the left side was shot, causing it to bind & thus resulting in very hard clutch pull. If the Warrior is the same, i'd take a look there. But first do as NBake said & lube the cable.

just disconnect the cable from the lever and get a cable lubing tool and get some cable spray. the tool has a hole that u spray in when u attatch it to the cable and jus spray until u see it coming out where the arm is by the clutch cover
