Wolverine ISSUES! WON"T Idle!!!! Please help
#1
Well, I decided to ride my wolverine again (it has been over 6 months just sitting!). I changed the battery (old one died) and tried to start it up. I choke it and it eventually comes to life. I noticved that it idled pretty rough with the choke on so I let it warm up for about 5 minutes before cutting the choke. Right when I put the choke in it DIED! I do not know why! The only way to start it now is to choke it. Also, is it bad to leave the choke open but adjust the idle screw so it will idle normally? That seems like the only way for it to idle normally. I have also noticed that when I shake the bike while driving it will start to sputter. Any insight? Thank you
Edit- WHen I try to start it up without the choke, it seems as if there was a "plinking" sound coming from the engine. What could that be? I checked the oil levels and it seemed fine.

Since I was taking apart my wolverine I just decided to take it all apart to clean it thoroughly. Sorry for the noob question, but what should I do to clean the carb? Thank you for your help

Go get some carb Cleaner from your local parts store. remove your carbs and the bowl spray out the carb and make sure you spray out the needle valve ect.
