I have been looking for a sport quad my freinds have z 400s and 400ex's and i want a sport quad and i ahve achance to but a 2001 blaster in good conditon other that it needs a new crank so is it a good dependable wheeler and is a good race wheeler??

 

cranks can get realli expensive and the money u throw into them to try and stay in th same area code of your friends u could have bought a used banshee z-400 400ex or even raptor 660

 

unless its dirt cheap then i would keep looking if you want to be in the same league as your friends. but ablaster is a great 4wheeler to have.

 

they are good starter quads. But, what kind of racing are you talking about?
