Default Lubrication for a 99 Grizzly

Can anyone steer me towards the lubrication specs for my 99 Grizzly? How much and what type to use (crancase, diffs, and any other I should know about - Are the crank and tranny shared lubrication?). Also, whats this about bleeding the air from the top end, how is this done?

Is there any basic service info like this available online? PDF's?

I tried linking but the java gets in the way.
Go here, to the yamaha web site, and on the left column, theres a button to click for owners manuals, which can be viewed online. Its a fairly big pdf file. the info should be in there.

Thanks so much. I was only looking at the Yamaha Canada site, and saw nothing.
