Has anyone had one or both their light bulbs separate from their base?
Both of my bulbs come apart from the round/keyed plate (its the flat plate that says STANLEY 12V30/30W near the base of the bulb). I was riding on some ruff trails and when I got back to camp both my bulbs were bouncing around inside of the light housings. The bulbs that came apart were less than 4 months old. The new bulbs have been on there for close to a year without a problem.

Yeah happened to me with the factory bulbs. I changed them out and it hasnt happened again. The only problem is I rode it for a day with them broken inside and they pitted out the shiny housing. oh well... Trail Tech ?? maybe its time..
If this hasnt happened to you... your not riding hard enough!!! MUAHAHAHA
