My warrior has a VERY weak spark, i was able to pop start it (kinda) (no power, no spark, and a new top end to boot- never started) i narrowed down on my problem it has. either 1. the stator. 2. the pickup coil, or 3. both. my friend has a 04 warrior, and sadly the stators, cdi's and voltage regs are Different.

when i mean weak spark, i mean pitiful.

i checked my jetting, which is right, have a NEW plug, new gas, and it is getting proper unrestricted air flow, the breather to the case isnt clogged, or anything else. so i belive my problem lays in the spark department.

stators from ricky stator are 160$ + shipping. didnt realize those little mothers were that expensive. Any one got one lyeing around they dont need, or want to sell?

i am going to try ebay first.

my plug sceme is.

2 plug female on stator
2 plug make of stator
3 plug (white)


also i tested the stator for ohms. and got the following reading.

stator - about 5-6 ohms - it should be at almost 7-8.5ohms

let me know what you guys think, im getting fusterated
