hard to remove blaster parking brake????.....does this have to do with the revlimiter and everything?

Default hard to remove blaster parking brake????.....does this have to do with the revlimiter and everything?
i know u need a blockoff plate but they r only like 10 bucks can i get one at the dealer tho..........and is it hard to do.........wut about the whole rev limiter thing?
