Default 01 Warrior won't start. Timing looks ok but.

Not sure if I'm having a carberator issue or timing. My timing marks are lined up perfect and I'm getting a good spark but it not even attempting to start. I have put a timing light on it while trying to start it and I'm just seeing the backside of the "T" all the way to the left of the opening. Not on the mark on the case. Could my keyway be getting sloppy? I can't see or feel any movement between the mag and crank.

Thanks
