Very true...... Depends on how much money is in to each machine. Banshee has more Potential beacuse its a two stroke twin. Not to say the yfz cant be an insane machine, but its hard to match the power of a well modded two stroke.

are u serious the yfz has better shox better acceleration sounds better doesnt blow as many spark plugs what else do u want to know and the yfz is 6,999 dollars and the banshee is like 6,100 or something modded it would be tough because the yfz has aerodynamics and the banshee has alot more mods but not really so it all depends what kind of mods are on the both of them

dude i have a kfx 700 with and r6 street bike motor in it with a nitrous system. If u want to have a fast four wheeler and race it do that because it tops out at like 140 with special stabilizers. It beat my brother gt 500 with a 572 chevy big block

I havnt followed this thread to much lately, so I hope no one is singing this tune..
The stock banshee motor is in a completely quiet and tame state of tune.
To sum up this rediculous, way-to-long-lasting argument, the high strung, high technology YFZ 4 stroke single is nearly at the top of its game off the showroom floor.
The Banshee is dead off the showroom floor, and even still, the YFZ is only marginally faster.
If we are talking about handling, and motoX track abilities, yes, there is no comparison. The YFZ will dominate. It is basically the 250R of today. (as is the new Honda)
It would take some lightening, and some better suspension on the Banshee to make it a great motoX quad.
But this argument is about the FASTER quad. The QUICKER quad. The quad that will run away from the other in the dunes, and up competition hill.
There is no argument about this. This quad is the Banshee.
Once the YFZ modded out, and is fast and as powerful as it can be, (not much more than stock) The banshee is just getting started, and the sky is the limit for
the twin cylinder, 2 stroke.
