Hey. Some friends and myself are thinking about taking a trip to the Badlands in Attica IN. We've heard that there is plenty of every type of riding there. We are hill shooters. Can anyone that's been there tell me if there are plenty of nasty steep hills there? Thanks.

Cool. I guess we are going to give it a try. We'll probably head down October 14th or so.

jg,
badlands are no big deal. although it is something different. there are some steep hills but nothing really tall. it actually got kind of boring after about 4 or 5 hours. the sand part isnt all that at all. if you want to have some real fun head to silver lakes. in my opinion the 3 hour drive isnt worth it.

It will be well worth the trip if you haven't been. There are hills for every skill level. We go 3-4 times a year. I guarantee you will find some nasty hills!!
The sand is o.k., but nothing to brag about. Silver Lake Michingan (east coast of MI) is the place to go if want sand in this part of the U.S.
