clunking noise in front end, grizz
#1
It sounded like it came from the front left, it clunked a couple of times, and then that was it, I put on about 10 miles since and it seems OK
I even jacked up the front end and removed the tires, but I couldn't find anything lose in the drive train or suspension
am I worried for nothing, or is something in the diff about to blow?
any comments welcome

Your worried for nothing. The klunking noice is a common trait of the grizzly. You'll notice it most when you are braking going down hill and while going over bumps. I'm not sure what it is, but it keeps the drive system from binding up. You just have to get used to it.

Yeah I know about that noise especially when braking the rear brakes hard when moving you will really hear it. I hope it doesn't get looser where it klunks more. I think its fine from reading others reports.

that clunking sound is normal from all Grizzlys....the rear brake is on the rear driveshaft going into the rear diff...that brake takes up all the slack in the rear driveshaft and it clunks alot when going downhill or under heavy braking....its normal and nothing to worry about
