Go to ronnies.com or albaaction.com and look at a parts diagram for the raptor carbs, maybe that will help you. Or just download the manual online.

I got the choke cable out, I took off the top of the carb to try to get it out , but found out the hard way that it is a pain to put the rubber boots back under the cap, Now when i ride it. At higher rpm it sputters, I dont know if the rubber boot on top of the carb would make it a this way if they are not on correct.

Its very easy to screw up the diaphrams in the top of the carb. They need to be set perfectly in their groove and not pinched off or torn at all. I would open it up and check it and try again.

So you think the sputter is the boots

If you took the top of the carb apart, it very well could be the diaphram. The carb boots are between the head and the carbs, they are also well known for coming loose and causing backfiring.

BTW: its 3:30 here, and I'm going to bed. Good luck with it and I'll try and help tomorrow if its needed.
