well i had everything put back together i and i started it up and it reved out so i shut it down fast and realized that the throttle was stuck so than i took off the thumb switch cover and problem wasnt there than i took everything back off and took the carbs out and pushed the butterflys closed than it came unstuck and the throttle will open about half way without jamming up but any further and it will stick. im not experienced with working on carbs its probably a simple problem there is only like 18 hours on the bike

it could be the cable is kinked somewhere or possibly not enough grease on it to move properly on the carb...

I had the same problem. fixed it by adjusting the throttle cable adjustment. It was too loose, so didnt recoil properly!

Thats the obvious reason anyway......not necessarily yours, but try adjusting it!

P.S....Not fun when you riding a long a river bank, heading for a tree, and the throttle stick wide open.

thank goodness for kill switches.
