Default Blaster Carb Tuning

As some of you might know, my 2004 Yamaha Blaster Piston pretty much melted, seized. Right now its getting fixed, and bored. My question is, how do I do a Carb tune for my blaster. I know where the screw is, but not sure how many turns out it needs to be for these NEW modifications

Toomy B-1 Pipe and Silencer
Toomey Jet Kit
No Airbox
Bore (Not sure what size bore yet)

Any help
I know you screw it in till it just barely stops, but i need to know how much for these mods, since the stock tune is 1 1/2 turns out i think

I have the same kit on my blaster, they tell you to turn the air pilot 3/4 from full in and needle position third groove from the top, but mine wont run properly unless its 2 turns from full in.

Actually, better yet, which direction makes it leaner, which makes it richer . The I only have two screws, idle, and needle adjuster. I thought the jet just screws in, if not, tell me, most of the engine components are all off, so I can readjust the jet, but I thought the jet just screwed in, my dad installed it so, i dont know. I just need to know the optimal needle/screw adjustment for performance and cooling

You want to have a smooth transition from wide open to idle when you let off. Open it up and then let off and listen to the engine, if it pops, pings, rattles, or makes any other sounds that dosn't sound normal your probably a tad lean on the idle circuit. In this case turn the screw in a bit to richen it up.

On my blaster when i have been reving it high and pull in the clutch and let off the gas it is still reved way up an only comes down when i let out the clutch a little just enough to make you move a little. Does that mean i was running to lean. I am curious to know because i just blew the piston and wasnt sure why.
