This depends on what you want out of your quad.
Adding weight to the flywheel allows you to putt around and lug down the motor more, but it won't rpm as quickly as with the stock flywheel.
Removing weight off the flywheel will enable you to rev right up to the max, but at the expense of some low end, and you'll have to downshift sooner.
Shaving the flywheel and reducing rotating weight,
are keys to getting that explosion of rpms that the Banshee is so famous for---9200 rpm--right now.
