Default How do I rejet my carb?

Hey all, I'm new here and new to the sport (as I just bought a 2001 Blaster this afternoon), so take it easy on my ignorance. My bike wont idle without stalling out, and the previous owner told me it was because he put a new pipe on. Where would I get this rejetted at and how much does this usually cost? I'm in the Columbus area. So far this thing is tons of fun.

I would also like to know how to do this. I am going to be getting a new pipe and i have heard that you always have to rejet when you put one on.
