JUST PICKED UP MY NEW YFZ450. WHAT IS THE BEST EXHAUST THAT YOU CAN RUN ON THEM, I KNOW EVERYONE HAS THEIR OPIONION BUT I WANT THE BEST HP GAIN PIPE CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME INFO QUICK BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER TODAY. ALSO MONEY IS NO OBJECT WHEN IT COMES TO MY QUADS EXHAUST

 

CT racing sconic pipe kit they have a dyno on their page i think its 32.2hp tp 48.0 for like $580 or somthing

 

yea but overall yoshimura kit is 400 bucks shipped and is only 1-2 hp less than that one and yoshi. pipes weigh less...

 

first of all...theres no need to yell TURN CAPS OFF! second. it all matters on what yo want. basicly all afermarket exhausts are the same. some may give you a little more HP gain and some are lighter then others. and no matter what one you get, all aftermarket exhausts are better then the stock. so its really on your opinion on what you want. everyone here will probably say somthing different. my opinion would be a GYTR pipe.

 

sorry about the caps i really didnt think it would make anymone mad! my cuzzin runs a yoshi on jis z400 and i didnt really like the sound of it, it may be just his but i dont know. i havnt had a chance to look at the ct yet and on another thread some guys said the gytr didnt stay together, but i dont know i have never used one or heard one. what do you guys think about the trinity or duncan fatboy4?

 

Xracer why did you make it sound like that this was a stupid question? i mean your talkin about oh everyone has their on opionion, when your the one with a thread just like it, and if im not mistaken why would you say gytr you dont even own a yamaha yet, you have a 300ex! anyways i can kinda tell that your sarcastic by your sig and the way you said dont use caps. i didnt hear anyone else complaining anyways i wanted help on a pipe from someone who knew what their talkin about. not someone who has a 300ex and is just starting to get a big boy bike! and no im not sayin theres nothin wrong with a 300ex, i mean i owned one for a month they are very good starter quads, hey you have to start somewhere i guess

 

lol. i didnt mean to offend anyone in anyway. and i was being serious, i wasnt saying it like a stupid question. and no i dont have a 300ex i used to. sold it a few months ago. and it is true about people having different opinions about pipes. and the reason i say GTYR is becasue my neighbor has one on his YFZ and so does my cousin. and both of them say its a great pipe, and plus it sounds really nice. thats why i like the GTYR.
