What methods do you use to secure your quad at your place?

My raptor sits in a small shed that looks too small to even keep it in it. Plus really large flood lights are on not 10 feet from the shed, big enough to light up the entire area pretty well. And then there are 4 people asleep within 100 yards and they wouldn't miss a person starting it or driving a vehicle into our farm to load it up. Best bet is to just realize that if someone wants to steal something they will find a way...as a co-worker of mine found out with a honda scooter that was chained to a tree and just a couple feet from his bedroom window. Oh yeah, and i also have an AK47 but would never shoot someone for taking my fourwheeler. Lawsuits and jail time just don't sound fun...

I have a 03 Grand prix, 02 chevy silverado, $18,000 HD lowrider (its got more chrome than all the cars combined at a puffdaddy convention), and my brother project S-10 now totaling $35000 invested; all sitting in my garage infront of my wheeler with keys in them. i dont think i have to worry about the wheeler disapearing!!!

Yeah, I guess i would say the same thing. My fathers '59 plymouth Sport Fury convertible is a little more valuable than my '01 rappy, but i would think it would be a little more difficult to sell/hide. Oh and did i mention my rappy is a '01 with the stock tranny (needing replaced)? Wouldn't that in itself be a theft deterant??

That is right, if you have to worry about theft from your own property then your property is in the wrong part of town. I have all 4 wheelers with keys in them in front of my garage. Never worry about them
