im 14 and there is no way i would want a 90. its total crap. if your cabable of handleling a bigger ATV then you should be aloud to. It should be judged by skill and not age. same w/ driving cars. HeHe!
my dealer told me the reson they have age limits is because they think if you flip and the quad lands on top of you most kids under 16 wouldnt be able to get it off and they could get seriously hurt. this is true for some ppl and i thought it was a good pt. i think if your not strong enough or you dont have the skills you just shouldnt get a big quad, buy if you are than go ahead w/ it.

hey this is my 2 cents it should go like this:
10 under 125cc or less
11-13 125 to 300cc
14-15- 300-450
16 and up anything as long u can handle it
also it matters on skill too

I always laugh when I think about the age vs cc law. I don't know if it's the same for dirt bikes or not... Before I got into quads I used to ride dirt bikes, I had an XR250 and I also my uncle's KTM 520exc in my garage for almost a year when I was 16 and 110 pounds. He wanted me to take care of it and ride it while he was recovering from a crash in a race. That thing had so much power that my arms felt like I just got done weight lifting every time I got off of it!
