I get a kick out of all of these kids saying how bad this quad will smoke that quad.

Suzuki has taken an extra 3 years? to come out with a 450 that will compete with Yamaha's, so it better god damn well be able to beat it, they've had three years to test what Yamaha did. Someone also stated earlier that from a Marketing aspect Suzuki is making a rather large mistake considering they don't have another big bore quad to compete with the DS, Raptor, Predator, etc. They also (from the rumors I've read) are making it super wide, an avid trail rider isn't going to spend over 7000 dollars on just an engine, then where after they'll have to shorten the width of the machine with $1000+ bucks in accessories just to be able to make it down tight trails.

Excel it might, it should again, it's taken Suzuki three years to make something competative.

JJdog I could'nt agree with you more, if the rumors are true. 3 inches wider than the yfz that just don't fly in the tight wood trails, and if it is as low as thier predicting that also doesn't work if the rumors are true this is a strictly mx quad and thats a pretty small market.

New 450R? How reliable is your source telling you there is a new TRX450R coming out this year?
