middle of the road exaust for grizz
Well over here two things that **** my neighbors off, loudness and quads on roads. Some ******* get arrested for riding there quads on the roads and pissing neighbors off then I get some kind of "note" the news article in my mailbox. I haven’t been ridding lately too since Ive been trying to sell it, next week I’m selling it to the dealer for 2700 towards a trade in for a 450r. I do the same as you do, only use them to get to trails that are like you said probably a quarter mile away. Before I got my truck I had no option of loading them up either, but now that I do Im still not loading them up for a quarter mile. If the cops down there have no problem with you then continue because that means you wont get arrested and nobody is going to bitch at another innocent person who also enjoys to ride quads. Just didn’t want somebody else taking your blame if you got in trouble with the law as I got the blame for when someone else got in trouble with the law.

snowbuster,,,,i can kinda relate to what your ranting about
we have a old fella here whos land borders mine, that has boo koo land in my area (i only have 32 acres,he has about 800),,and hes a great old nice fella, always interested in our bikes, and the new "gadgets" (his words, lol) we've added since the last time he spoke with us
he had no problem with riders on his property so long as we kept the "racket" (again, hehe) away from his house,,,carry all the trash back out with us,,,,and stay out of the "middle" of the fields, and to if we had to use the field to connect to the power lines (awsome hills) to simply make a trail along the wood line
the first two we already did out of respect,,,,and abided to the third when he brought it to our attention
well there are others that bring their bikes in from other areas that do not live in the area, and are not friends of our group, and didnt care about anybody,or anyone they stepped on,and the ole fella thought it was us,and it took some serious convincing to get him to listen to us that in fact it wasnt us,and who it was
i believe i mentioned we have a Sherrifs Deputy that rides with us?,,,,,lets just say the people causing problems developed "issues" of their own,and leave it at that
my point being,it only takes a rotton few,to ruin it for the many

My mbrp was resonably quiet until I modded the airbox. It is definitely not restrictive. I doubt that the hmf is really restrictive either. The major restriction in the griz is the airbox and not the pipe. More gains are to be had there than with a new pipe. Changing both is where it really get interesting.
It didn't come with any way of mounting it with rubber vibration dampening so it literally broke off in front of the can and ripped the mounting braket partitially out of the side of the can. I had a really great welder in the area reweld it better than the original.
If I did it again, I would get the HMF utility with the quiet core.

lol,,,batman,,,,i didnt let that one go
batman,,,if you have any old bike tires laying around you can cut two pieces of rubber from them, and make your own rubber mounts
and thanx for you input
i already ordered all of the pro K&N air kit,and a kit to modify my air box,and i am just waiting for them to come in,,,,,,i also bought the wheel kit,and lift kit and am also just waiting for them to come in,and plan on just spending a whole weekend to install it all,all at once, and im still undecided on which pipe to get
unfortunatly, yesterday i went to work, and while i was in the house upstairs working (im a trim carpenter),some low life nabbed a $360 dollar miter box with a $100 dollar blade on it i use just for cabinet trim, and my Milwaukee super saw zaw (brand new $200) from my van,,,,,i work alone, and i had to run the generater as the house had no power,so i have to leave the genset on the van with the exaust pointing out the side doors, and i cant activate the alarm because the genset sets it off with the vibration
so the extra money i had set aside to go towards my Gorilla axles is going to have to go towards replacing tools so some low life crack head can get high

I hope you catch him and use your trim moulding nailer to pin his ***** to his head. Maybe shoot nails in his forehead in the shape of the word "thief". I am sorry to hear that. There are a few Meth heads running around stealing quads here in Ohio. I hope I catch one. I wonder if he would mind waking up one morning suran wrapped naked to a telephone pole in the town square with privates pemantely attached to the telephone pole.
