does anyone have the UNI Vents for the airbox on their 660 Grizz,and could tell me how many i can fit on the lid,so i know how many to order,,,,thankyou very much

 

I have 12 uni vents in my lid. I went up from a 155 dj to a 175 dj. If you don't have dyno jets, I don't know how your mid range will react to all that air. If you do have a dyno jet kit, spend the money and order more from dyno jet. They are $2 a piece and $6 shipping. I ordered 165 through 190 and ended up at 175. If I ever go to a big bore kit, I may use the larger jets. I am running the 5th notch on the needle, but the 4th seem okay also. I went a little over board. Maybe 6 uni vents would have been enough.
I would wait until you get an exhaust and the jet kit and K&N and do it all at the same time. I believe that the K&N jet kit is probably the dyno jet kit. Let us know what you come up with. I got to go open the window.

I haven't looked at it. It has to be better than the power tech I have. It works good, just falls apart. I am thinking about a HMF utility with a quiet core. If it flows more than the pipe I have it would be pretty cool.

 

yea,,ive been researching all pipes for about a week now,and i keep going back to the Dubach,,,just seems like one that will be a happy medium between noise verses power gain with the removabe spark arrestor,and quiet core insert,and its really seems to well made
