as some many remeber i have the fight with my neighbors about my track. They think part of it was on their property so i just gave up and stopped rideing there. So for the last month i saw them picking up brush and logs and pileing them up infront of the section in question (by the way cops said it was mine by 20ft). They work hard on blocking this section and even work when its 95 degrees out. So today i made a new small gap for the hell of it and i noticed the pile. It was way to big. So after their 2-3 months of work i leveled it in about 5.5sec with my tractor. They called the cops and by the time they got here i already used the brush for the jump....lol

so the cops just laughed and left. why do ppl hate us?

so if anyone eles has a story like this plz tell

They usually don't like us riding on private property because of the noise and dust that can be created by atvs.

Your issue is; they think, they own the part your riding on. What you or your parents need to do is get the survey map for the land in question. Then, show it to them and make sure they understand what is theirs, and what is yours. If they do not understand that and it still is an issue, post your land, and next time they come on your property, ask them to leave When they refuse, charge them with trespassing. If youdon't want to go that route, seek an attorney'shelp and get an restraining order to keep them off your property. Especially if they are causing damage to your land and creating hazards.

Good Luck

i have the survey but they refuse to look at it and they say "there is no need to look at it bc i know its ours"
land has been posted for about a year

i really dont wanna stat something big b/c they are so nuts they might run wire between the trees (happned to my friend, thank god he noticed it) or they might hurt my dogs whne they get loose

the cops hate these ppl so its alwyas fun when they call them

lol thank god my neighbors arent like that. theres a nice old lady that lives right next to my field, i always wave to her while im out ridin and she jus smiles and waves back. as long as u dont ride at night waking everybody up, then i would jus keep ridin and tell them to back the f*ck off ur land. some people r really determined to kick us riders off land, even if its our own.

I had a post on here about keeping trespassers out. From the looks of things, depending on your state (according to what some posted) by NOT telling them to leave, you are in essence giving them permission to be on your property. If I were you, talk to an attorney. They shouldn't have to look at the survey. They just need to abide by it. If they are as crazy as they sound, then use caution riding after you kick them off. But I would do it be nice but firm. It's your land. THEY are just SOL!

Only thing that sucks about this is, once you prove that to them, then all they have to do is complain about the sound and then you HAVE TO STOP. Even if its your land blah blah blah, if the sound is disturbing the neighbors and they complain, thats disturbing the peace. I ran into that problem about 2 months ago.
