YZF-R1 engine in snowmobile?

Nice looking 1-ton. What lug height is your track looks over 2in. Maybe you should come up north(Tony grove) and show me what that sled can do

It is quite a rush as you can imagine. I would love to try and get a turbo R1 in a quad... Mileage is as expected, not real good when on the boost, but you dont need to stay on it real long either. The track is a 2.5x162 Camo. I have since changed it to a 159 x 2 finger since I just didnt need all that paddle. I had it at Tony grove early last year but was only running 7 lbs of boost and the weather was no good. I was a four stroke non-beleiver until I built this sled and now I am looking to see if the same thing can be done in quads. 4stroke + turbo = domination

Its been done on the raptor 700, the gearing is too long which makes this build suitable for dunes and sandpits. It would be nice if Yamaha came out with a r1 engine with a different bottom end /gear ratio for the raptor.
