I would like to add one comment.. The first raptor was in no way, none rider friendly for beginners. I had never riden a quad before and I bought mine, didn't have one problem.

MIke.

I agree 100 percent!, if you want to talk about a quad that will chew up a beginner talk about a Banshee. If you read the 01 articles about the raptor 660 they brag about how user friendly it is for beginners. I dont get it

Good luck with the new quad. Hows it compare to the old one?

I only got to ride it in my cul-de-sac, just a couple passes, so far, I love it, can really tell the difference in the width and height, the frontend doesn't come up everytime you hit the throttle, it just squats down and takes off. It's a totally different quad for sure and you can also bolt up a set of yfz shocks to it, with no grinding.

I'm surprised at how many YFZ parts are on this 700R, so far it looks like
Headlights
Heelgaurds
Axle
A-Arms
Sprocket
And if you want YFZ shocks, they bolt right up
