yfz throttle question....imortant!!!

Default yfz throttle question....imortant!!!

I have a 2004 yfz and I have a little free space in the throttle, what i mean is when i push it it can go a little bit before making the engine respond, how do I adjust that...thanx...peace$$$

Default yfz throttle question....imortant!!!

When you look at your throttle lever assy you will see where the cable comes out of it. There is a rubber sleeve on it. Pull that sleeve back and it will expose how you adjust the slack. Loosen the lock nut on there and twist the screw in part that goes into the assy in for slack and out to tighten.... When you get it where you want it, tighten the lock nut back and put the sleeve back on and your good to go.
